1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Wallantincs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using www.wallantincs.com, contacting us for enquiries, or placing an order through WhatsApp, email, or phone, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Products & Descriptions
Wallantincs offers a wide range of decorative products including wallpapers, sticker murals, wall panels, artificial grass, flooring sheets, marble sheets, wall art, blinds, and adhesives.
Product images on the website are for illustration only. Actual colour, texture, or finish may vary due to printing processes, lighting, and screen display differences. We aim for accurate listings but cannot guarantee error-free descriptions.
3. Enquiry, Order Confirmation & Payments
Since our website does not support direct online payments, all orders follow an enquiry-based process:

We review your requirements (design, size, installation needs, etc.).
We send:
A quotation
A design proof (if applicable)
Details of production timeline
Once the customer confirms the order, payment is taken manually through available offline/online methods such as:
UPI
Bank transfer
Cash (local orders)
Any method mutually agreed
Production starts only after payment confirmation.
4. Order Processing & Proofs
After receiving your order details:
We share a proof/design preview (for wallpapers, murals, custom prints).
We usually respond within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Production begins only after you approve the proof and confirm payment.
5. Cancellation Rights
Since orders are processed manually:
You may cancel before payment or within 2 hours after confirming the order, provided production has not started.
Customized products (e.g., custom-sized murals, personalized designs) cannot be cancelled once production begins.
If a defect is caused by us, we will replace the product at no extra cost.
6. Production & Delivery
Once production begins:
Typical production and delivery timeline can take up to 30 days, depending on product type and location.
We use trusted courier partners for shipping.
Delays caused by couriers or logistics are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking your shipment.
Please inspect the parcel at delivery and report any visible transit damage immediately.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the product is:
Defective
Damaged
Incorrect compared to the approved proof/design
You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery, along with photos/videos.
Conditions:
Item must be unused
Original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Refunds (if applicable) are issued only through the original payment method and processed within 7–10 working days.
8. Installation & Use
Wallpapers, panels, and murals may require professional installation.
Wallantincs is not responsible for:
Improper installation
Surface or wall issues
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
We may help by connecting you with local installers (in select locations), but all installation work is independent of Wallantincs.
9. Quality & Variations
Please check the product before installation.
Claims after installation will not be accepted.
Minor variations in colour between digital screenshots, printed proofs, and final products may occur. For exact colour matching, we recommend requesting a printed sample.
Claims regarding colour differences are valid only if the customer approved a printed sample beforehand.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on **www.wallantincs.com**—including text, designs, images, and logos—is the property of Wallantincs.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Wallantincs is not responsible for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Delays caused by third-party couriers
Installation errors
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We value your privacy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise specified.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts within this jurisdiction.
