A: Delivery depends on product, location, and order size. We ship across India; shipping costs and timelines will be calculated at checkout or upon quote.

A: All orders require 100% advance payment.
This ensures smooth processing, quality checks, and timely dispatch of your order.

A: Before dispatch, we share a product video for your confirmation.
Once the product is approved and dispatched, returns are not available.

However, exchange is applicable only if a wrong material is sent from our end.

A: We recommend placing your entire requirement in one order after proper measurement, as product lot and batch variations can occur in subsequent orders.

• If you receive a lot/shade variation in your first order (especially for PVC panels, UV sheets, WPC louvers, fluted panels, or wallpapers), exchange is possible.

• Freight charges for such exchanges will be borne by the customer.

A: We primarily supply materials. In some regions, we can recommend trusted installers or partner vendors. Or you can use your local contractors.
