A: Yes, for many of our products (wallpapers, panels, flooring), we offer free or paid samples so you can check material, texture, color in person.

Q: What is the delivery time and shipping policy?

A: Delivery depends on product, location, and order size. We ship across India; shipping costs and timelines will be calculated at checkout or upon quote.

Q: What is the payment policy?

A: All orders require 100% advance payment.
This ensures smooth processing, quality checks, and timely dispatch of your order.

Q: Is return or exchange available?

A: Before dispatch, we share a product video for your confirmation.
Once the product is approved and dispatched, returns are not available.

However, exchange is applicable only if a wrong material is sent from our end.

Q: What if I receive a lot or shade variation?

A: We recommend placing your entire requirement in one order after proper measurement, as product lot and batch variations can occur in subsequent orders.
