A: Before dispatch, we share a product video for your confirmation.
Once the product is approved and dispatched, returns are not available.

However, exchange is applicable only if a wrong material is sent from our end.

A: We recommend placing your entire requirement in one order after proper measurement, as product lot and batch variations can occur in subsequent orders.
